Pensacola, Fl. (Feb. 1, 2023) – We are proud to announce team members recognized as 2023 Rising Stars by the Pensacola publication Independent Weekly. The recognition honors professionals who are under 40-years-old and are seen by their peers, clients and bosses as up-and-coming leaders in their professions and in the greater Pensacola area. Our two honorees are:

Elizabeth Dosh, financial analyst, is a knowledgeable expert with our financial systems. Elizabeth is also a leader in our Individuals with Great Abilities employee resource group. She recently helped lead a fundraiser to send team members to the Special Olympics. This year, Elizabeth also became a licensed foster parent through FamiliesFirst Network. She excels at living our mission and spreading hope throughout our community.

Dustin Perry is a director at our affiliate Lakeview Center. He is over Road to Recovery – our residential program and highest level of care for substance misuse – and Pathway, which is an intensive-outpatient program for substance misuse. In past roles, Dustin oversaw Avalon Center of Lakeview (Milton, Fla.) and our Medication-Assisted Treatment locations in Pensacola, Century and Shalimar. He’s passionate about treatment for addiction, which is a growing need in our community. Dustin led programs through the COVID-19 pandemic, which was especially challenging in residential settings, and ultimately increased our census to serve more people needing treatment in our community.
