Language assistance

We want to help you understand the services you are receiving. To ensure effective communication with our patients and their family/companions who are limited in English proficiency (LEP) or who are deaf, hard of hearing, vision impaired and/or blind, LifeView Group will provide the appropriate auxiliary aids and services free of charge. Auxiliary aids and services include, but are not limited to foreign language and sign language interpreters, teletypewriters (TTYs), written materials, telephone handset amplifiers, assistive listening devices, telephones compatible with hearing aids and closed-captioned televisions. If you need an interpreter, please call 850-469-3500.
