Benefits eligibility

A full-time, benefits-eligible team member is any team member whose position is classified as full-time and who regularly works a minimum of 30 hours per week. Benefits are effective on the first of the month after 30 days of employment.

Defined contribution 403(b) retirement savings plan

Our 403(b) retirement savings plan is managed by Voya. Once eligible, LifeView Group will match 50 cents on the dollar up to 6% of your contributions, with a maximum employer contribution of 3%. Full-time team members are eligible for matching contributions after one year of employment and after working 1,000 hours within the year. Full-time team members are eligible as long as they work 1,000 hours in the year.
