Ken Johnson is a cornerstone of the Payroll team, known for his adaptability, technical skill and unwavering commitment to helping others. Over the years, he has stepped into numerous roles, always improving workflows and taking full ownership of new responsibilities.

His colleagues shared that Ken truly excelled during LifeView’s Oracle implementation. “He quickly became our subject-matter expert and was invaluable to the project,” they said. “His calm, reassuring demeanor helped our team immeasurably. We’ve heard more than once that the payroll team wouldn’t have gotten through that project without him.”

Today, as LifeView begins another major Oracle initiative, Ken is once again a key leader. “His system knowledge and collaboration with HR, HRIS, UKG and IT make him essential to this team,” his nominators shared. “It’s in Ken’s nature to show patience, kindness and support.” Congratulations, Ken!

Austin Witt has been named Lakeview Center’s Team Member of the Quarter for his compassion, professionalism and unwavering dedication to the people he serves. Lori Clapsadl, risk and compliance program manager, shared that Austin “works very hard to consistently deliver compassionate and meaningful services.” She added that his ability to truly understand clients on a deeper level makes him “an asset to those he serves and to our organization.”

Austin has consistently demonstrated calm leadership during challenging moments. Lori described a recent incident where he came to campus after hours to advocate for a client. Austin’s clinical insight prevented escalation and supported both the client and the team. She summed up his impact simply: “Austin truly models how to take care of each other.” Congratulations, Austin!

When crises arise, Scott Sullivan goes above and beyond. In a recent ICPC case, he acted immediately to secure temporary care for two children by transporting them to and from school, helping with meals and laundry, and even purchasing clothing— all to ensure they felt safe and supported. As his manager, Angie Alberda, put it, “Scott always answers the call — and he does it with a smile.”

Scott’s commitment extends far into the community. He serves as a Buddy with the Gulf Breeze Miracle League, volunteers at PAWS walking shelter dogs, and supports the Search and Rescue Task Force during natural disasters. His dedication, patience and genuine kindness embody the mission and values of LifeView Group — making him a true asset to both his team and the families we serve. Congratulations Scott!

Known for his diplomacy and professionalism with government partners, Jason “pushes back when necessary, but always with respect and tact,” as Jeffrey Fullmer, special contracts manager, shared.

Jason is the person his teammates turn to. Whether supporting peers after hours, taking on additional responsibilities like Wage Determination coversheets, or filling in for leadership during leave, Jason sets the tone for collaboration and excellence. “He never settles — not for himself, not for the team, and not for the mission,” Jeffrey emphasized.

Jason lives our values every day — treating people right, taking care of each other and continually striving to improve — making him an invaluable member of GCE. Congratulations, Jason!
