Professional Growth Journey: Natalie Stackpole

When team members reach out to HR, it’s often during some of the hardest moments of their lives, such as an injury, a serious diagnosis or a family change they didn’t see coming. For Natalie, supporting team members through those moments is a valued opportunity.

As a workers’ compensation and medical leave specialist at LifeView Group, Natalie helps team members navigate complex processes with care and clarity. She brings both technical expertise and empathy to every interaction, understanding that behind every form and deadline is a real person who needs support, reassurance and someone they can trust.

When Natalie started at LifeView Group in 2019, she brought with her a background in healthcare billing and benefits coordination. But coming to LifeView Group was a move she describes as pivotal.

“That’s when I found my purpose,” she said. “I fell in love with the culture, the mission, the people. It helped me grow professionally because I found my little niche.”

Working within our nonprofit family of companies strengthened her commitment to service and allowed her to grow professionally while supporting employees during challenging moments.

In her current role, Natalie oversees workers’ compensation and medical leave. With LifeView Group’s broad footprint, she has expanded her expertise by navigating multi-state regulations, a challenge she embraced as an opportunity to learn.

“Every case is different,” she said. “You have to understand the person behind the paperwork.”

Natalie also played a key role in the implementation of our UKG timekeeping system, helping build leave processes behind the scenes. While much of the work goes unseen, she takes pride in ensuring team members receive the support they need.

Looking ahead, Natalie hopes to continue growing with LifeView Group and plans to return to school to pursue a degree in psychology, allowing her to stay connected to the mission she loves while helping others in new ways.

Her advice to anyone new to the organization?

“You’re going to love it here. I promise you. You’re going to work with so many amazing people.”
