Mike Trentman, Accounting Systems Analyst, LifeView Group

Mike Trentman has been named Team Member of the Quarter for LifeView Group!
In his role, Mike has been instrumental in supporting major organizational projects. He is often a first point of contact for troubleshooting Oracle issues in accounting, working closely with IT and external partners to find solutions and keep projects moving forward. When his workload allows, Mike actively seeks out additional ways to contribute, reflecting a strong commitment to both the work and his teammates.
His supervisor, Doreen Drimmie, wrote: “He really enjoys learning new things, expanding his role and working with different people. Mike is a pleasure to work with. He’s genuine, thoughtful and has a great attitude. He will speak up if he has questions and truly wants to do a good job.”
Mike is known for stepping in to support coworkers, offering a fresh perspective during challenging moments and helping teams navigate complex work with clarity and calm. He also volunteers for extra duties, such as co-chairing the Book & Film Club and serving as an administrative content manager for our company intranet.

Christy Birge, Administrative and Care manager at the Lodges in Walton County, Lakeview Center
Christy Birge has been named Team Member of the Quarter for Lakeview Center!
Known for her tireless dedication, Christy consistently goes above and beyond to serve both clients and team members, never settling and always striving to improve the way her unit operates.

Her manager, Vanessa Byerly, director of residential services for Lakeview Center of Walton County, shared, “Christy works tirelessly to serve our clients and our staff members. She never settles and goes above and beyond on a daily basis. She is the type of leader that leads by example, holds to the rules, steps in when needed in any position and maintains integrity no matter the situation.”
In her role, Christy has exceeded expectations by improving efficiency across the Lodges, implementing consistent communication practices such as weekly and monthly reporting, and strengthening collaboration across departments. She is deeply committed to her team—getting to know them personally, advocating for fairness and supporting them in meaningful ways both inside and outside of work.

Marlene Warner, cook at the U.S. Armed Forces Retirement Home, Global Connections to Employment
Marlene Warner has been named Global Connections to Employment’s Team Member of the Quarter!
Marlene serves as a cook for GCE’s food service contract at the U.S. Armed Forces Retirement Home in Gulfport, Mississippi. Throughout the facility, Marlene has developed a reputation for creating culinary masterpieces that are both beautiful and delicious.

Susan Baumunk, who nominated her, wrote: “Since Marlene started doing our special event cakes, she has outdone herself. The thought she is putting into every cake is out of this world. She is also doing our food sculptures with fruit and vegetables. She makes a pretty table, and the residents have noticed and commented many times.”
Additionally, Marlene is great at supporting and uplifting her fellow team members and residents of the home.
“Marlene is usually the person serving cakes and treats at birthday lunches. She interacts with all the residents. She goes out of her way to make this place feel like their home,” said Susan.
