Donor Spotlight: T‑Mobile

T‑Mobile supports connection, care and community

Strong collaborations make it possible to deliver life‑changing services across the communities served by LifeView Group. One of those organizations is T‑Mobile, whose support reaches beyond technology to strengthen the work happening on the ground every day.

Through philanthropic giving and community sponsorships, T‑Mobile has demonstrated a meaningful commitment to the people behind our mission. From supporting the Landrum 5K benefiting Lakeview Center to sponsoring FamiliesFirst Network’s Child Welfare Conference, T‑Mobile continues to invest in programs that help families in need across Northwest Florida.

Donor spotlight T-Mobile

As a nonprofit family of companies, LifeView Group includes Lakeview Center’s behavioral health care, FamiliesFirst Network’s child protective services and Global Connections to Employment’s career opportunities for people with disabilities. Together, these nonprofits serve thousands of individuals each year, often in moments when support is desperately needed.

Rooted in community

For Bobby Colony, T-Mobile Government Account Executive for the Southeast Region, supporting LifeView Group is both a professional decision and a personal one.

“I’ve been in Pensacola since ’92, so I’m really familiar with what LifeView Group does in the community,” Bobby said. “They’re all great causes and worthy of financial support where we can.”

Every day, 50 new clients seek treatment at Lakeview Center. Lakeview Center provides comprehensive care to all, regardless of ability to pay. Last year, Lakeview Center provided $5 million in charity care.

Support from community organizations like T-Mobile helps Lakeview Center meet this urgent, growing need.

Bobby’s connection to the mission runs deeper than most. He and his family previously served as foster parents through FamiliesFirst Network, giving him firsthand insight into the challenges many families face.

“I have fostered before, so I’m familiar with what that environment is like,” he said. “On both a professional and a personal level, this is a great organization. That’s why I advocate for this team.”

FamiliesFirst Network provides case management and child protective services for children across Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa and Walton counties. Each year, the organization serves 2,700 children across Northwest Florida, including 750+ families with specialized in‑home prevention services to keep children safely with their parents.

Investing in impact

T‑Mobile prioritizes initiatives that demonstrate real impact.

“LifeView Group is definitely a hometown organization for me because of the impact you make,” Bobby said. “I reference this team often when I’m working with others in the Pensacola area.”

That willingness to advocate has helped expand awareness of LifeView Group’s mission while strengthening our ability to serve others.

Recognizing the people behind the mission

During visits to LifeView Group locations, Bobby says what stood out most was the dedication of staff.

“When I visited LifeView Group offices, you could see the passion in what they’re doing,” he said. “It’s tough work with limited resources, and in some cases it’s life or death. It really sticks with you.”

Those moments highlight the importance of community organizations who believe in supporting people through some of life’s most challenging circumstances.

Supporting connection where it matters most

LifeView Group’s work spans behavioral health care, child protective services and employment opportunities for people with disabilities, often reaching people where they are, when they need it most.

From supporting frontline staff in rural communities to staying connected during critical moments, strong collaborations help ensure families don’t face challenges alone.

“We can’t do this work alone,” said Natasha Sluder, director of development for LifeView Group. “When organizations like T‑Mobile invest in our mission, they’re helping create better outcomes for the people we serve.”

As the LifeView Group family of nonprofits continues to grow, collaborating with organizations like T-Mobile remain essential, ensuring that connection, care and support are always within reach.
