Employer-paid full-time benefits:
Our 403(b) retirement savings plan is managed by Voya. Once eligible, GCE will match 50-cents on the dollar up to 6% of your contributions, with a maximum employer contribution of 3%. Full-time team members are eligible for matching contributions after one year of employment and after working 1,000 hours within the year. Team members may defer their own income up to the maximum allowable deferral as identified by the IRS. Full-time team members are eligible as long as they work 1,000 hours in the year.
