FamiliesFirst Network will host the Adoption Family Spring Fest. Community members interested in becoming adoptive parents are invited to the family-friendly event.

Join us for a day of games, food and prizes on Saturday, April 20 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event will be held at Liza Jackson Park, located at 338 Miracle Strip Parkway in Fort Walton Beach.

Activities will include:

Face painting, karaoke, live music and a DJ, cotton candy, snow cones, popcorn, hamburgers and hot dogs.

Learn how to become an adoptive parent and connect with families who have already gone through the adoption process. Additionally, you can learn about community resources that support adoptive families.

FamiliesFirst Network is the trusted partner for adoptions in Northwest Florida. Our team connects adoptive families with training and support throughout the entire adoption process. Financial support also is available. Teens, siblings and children with special needs are most in need of loving homes.

Adoptive families come from many different backgrounds. Both married and single adults may apply to adopt, including individuals of all ages. Prior parenting experience is not required. An adoptive family must have sufficient room in their home for an adopted child. However, there are no restrictions on the type of housing, such as an apartment or single-family home.
