We are excited to announce the honorees of our quarterly recognition program! Our Team Members of the Quarter each received a $50 gift card and certificate from their leader to show our gratitude for all their hard work.
Ayana Nguyen, financial analyst, LifeView Group
Financial Analyst Nguyen has been named LifeView Group’s Team Member of the Quarter for her outstanding support and dedication during the organization’s most recent budget cycle.
Ayana plays a vital role in assisting directors across Corporate Development departments with preparing annual budgets and monitoring expenses throughout the year. “As the team worked through the complex planning process for FY26, Ayana went above and beyond to meet the needs of each department,” the Corporate Development team said.
Her professionalism, attention to detail and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable partner to colleagues and a true reflection of LifeView Group’s core values. Congratulations, Ayana!

Jen McDonald, Behavior Health technician manager, Lakeview Center
Behavioral Health Technician Manager Jen McDonald has been named Lakeview Center’s Team Member of the Quarter. Jen manages Cabot Heights – Lakeview Center’s foster care group home for teenage boys – but has also stepped in over the past three months to support the girls’ home, Arcadia Place.
Jen is fully invested in the children of both homes, often working evenings and weekends to celebrate their achievements and provide support during difficult times. “Jen has a passion for the work we do. She is dedicated to the total quality of care for the children, going beyond simply meeting their basic needs and making sure the homes are warm and inviting,” said Scott Smales, director of Children’s Residential Treatment.
Jen’s commitment, compassion and willingness to go above and beyond make her an invaluable part of the team. Congratulations, Jen!

Lisa McArthur, specialist quality, and Deidre Sanders, specialist case management, FamiliesFirst Network
Lisa McArthur and Deidre Sanders have been named FamiliesFirst Network’s Team Members of the Quarter.
In December 2024, both Lisa and Deidre accepted a temporary reassignment from their regular roles to carry full child welfare caseloads amid rising needs. Despite the short notice, large caseloads and the demands of the holiday season, they each stepped outside their normal responsibilities with full ownership of their assigned children—ensuring safety, permanency and well-being.
Deidre began with a caseload of 34 children, double the organization’s 17:1 goal. By the time she returned to her role in June, she had safely closed most of her cases, assessed others for higher levels of service, and returned only four children to the units. Lisa managed an even larger caseload of 45 children, and when she transitioned back, she left only six cases to return.
Their work went far beyond day-to-day case management. Both supported on-call shifts, crisis situations, home visits, holiday gift delivery, backlog paperwork and mentoring new hires—all while modeling LifeView Group’s values through leadership and resilience.
“Both team members stepped up in a time of uncertainty, demonstrating and modeling each of our values,” said Lynne Whittington, director of system improvement and support. “They also provided fresh insight to leadership regarding the challenges facing frontline team members, which will help us moving forward.” Congratulations, Lisa and Deidre!
